your tasks
- Comprehensive support of our logistics department in day-to-day business – organizational and administrative
- goods receipt postings and goods distribution
- Reliable creation of shipping documents, such as delivery notes, invoices, waybills, etc.
- Continuous delivery date monitoring
- Checking incoming invoices from parcel service providers and freight forwarders
your skills
- Completed commercial training
- Quick comprehension, a high degree of personal responsibility and enjoyment
- Structured, systematic and result-oriented way of working
- Very good PC skills (MS Office, ERP systems)
