These terms and conditions refer to the competition of SWING Collections GmbH, Maassenstraße 77, 46514 Schermbeck (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”). Participation in the competition is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. The competition has no connection with Instagram or Facebook and is not supported in any way by Instagram or Facebook organized, sponsored or supported. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.

 

1) Duration of the competition

The competition runs from 03.05.2024, 2:00 p.m. to 11.05.2024, 12:00 p.m. (closing date for entries).

 

2) Procedure of the competition

To participate in the competition, the following points must be fulfilled:

- Like the post,

- tag a friend who doesn't have a Mother's Day gift yet

- Follow @swingcollections and @landhotel_voshoevel

- For an even higher chance of winning, share the post in your story

and consent to these terms and conditions. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

Participation in the competition is free of charge.

 

3) Eligible participants

Natural persons who are resident in Germany and are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Participation is not restricted to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of a product or service.

If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and family members of the organizer are not eligible to participate in the competition. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example:

(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the competition, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

 

4) Prize, notification and delivery of the prize

The competition includes a shopping voucher worth €500.00 gross. This can only be redeemed in the SWING online shop (swing-collections.com) or in the outlet in Schermbeck.

In addition, Two DaySPA tickets + two 30-minute massages for the Landhotel Voshövel are included. Appointments can be booked according to availability.

The draw will take place after the closing date for entries on May 11, 2024, as part of a random drawing.

The winner will be notified via DM on May 11, 2024.

 

5) Early termination of the competition

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this option if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer reserves the right to claim damages from the participant.

 

6) Data protection

To participate in the competition, you must provide personal information. The participant assures that the personal information he or she provides, in particular first name, last name, address and email address, is true and correct.

The organizer is responsible within the meaning of the GDPR. The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use. The legal basis for the collection of the data is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of GDPR.

All email addresses and voluntarily provided data of participants will be recorded and collected, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. By participating in the competition, you agree that your name will be made public as part of the prize draw.

All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the closing date of participation.

You have the following rights (Articles 12 et seq. GDPR) with regard to the personal data concerning you, where applicable:

right to information,

right to rectification or erasure,

right to restriction of processing,

Right to object to processing,

Right to data portability.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.

If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

Right of objection:

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation.
